Mr. Knighten has practiced law for over twenty years including three years as a Special Assistant to the Mississippi office of the Attorney General. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi and manages a lender practice in all three states.

Mr. Bohan manages the firm’s satellite office in Macon, Georgia. Mr. Bohan is admitted to all three Districts of Georgia and is the primary contact for matters in the Middle District of Georgia.

Mr. Windham represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings in the Northern District of Georgia, as well as in various state court matters. He received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004, where he wrote for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. |
